Seth McFarland’s western parody “A Million Ways to Die in the West” contains one of Stephen Foster’s most unique songs: “If You’ve Only Got a Moustache.” Written in 1862, it wasn’t published in 1964, the year Foster died. Though most of the lyrics are original, McFarland does take the liberty of adding a few lines of his own.
