If you are having problems accessing or using AmPopMusic, please make sure your device meets the necessary requirements listed below: Note: if the device you are using is not your own personal property, please check with your school’s IT department for updates. First, please make sure to download and install the latest version of your browser. To find the latest version, visit their websites: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Internet Explorer Second, in your browser settings, make sure your popups are enabled. Popup blockers are sometimes enabled on browsers oro security software. These prevent new windows with content, tests, or audio-video content from opening. If you may be having problems seeing popup windows, please check your browser’s Help resources for your: a) Toolbar Add-Ons or Extensions, or b) Anti-virus, Firewall, or your Security Software |
1) Get your Enrollment Key, which can be purchased either: a) Online, by clicking the “Let’s Get Started” button on the main page. This will take you to a purchase page where you can purchase an Enrollment Key with a credit card, or b) In your college bookstore. (Note: if you are a member of a class using AmPopMusic, make sure to provide the bookstore with a Course ID, which consists of your professor’s last name and a series of numbers, eg. “Johnson3498”) 2) If you are purchasing your Enrollment Key online, be sure to select your Course ID (Professor’s Name and number) from several on display. 3) If you have purchased your Enrollment Key in your school bookstore, click the “Group Registration” in the upper right corner of the Main Page. There you will be asked for your name, email address, password, and your Enrollment Key. Once you have entered all information, you will be enrolled in your professor’s class. |
