Following the highly successful appearance at Carnegie Hall, Goodman and his band, with Gene Krupa on drums and Harry James on trumpet, performed the song frequently. This abbreviated (just over 3 minutes) filmed version gives some indication of the energy that must have spilled into the audience that famous night in January, 1938.
